Customer Satisfaction Assessment

During the month of January, we sent out our Annual Customer Satisfaction Assessment survey, to which our customers joined, and we obtained response rates ≥ 93%, and even 100% in various business areas.
It is always with great pleasure that we find that in general, our customers are satisfied with our services, and that we have improved in relation to previous years, even in this atypical year of 2020, with the pandemic of Covid19.
