Following the implemented quality policy, Sardão sent, in mid-January, the Annual Customer Satisfaction Assessment Survey, which made it possible to identify strengths, constraints and priority areas of action.

Response rates were very high, ranging between 88% and 100%.




In general, the satisfaction index in relation to the services provided by the Sardão Group companies remains very positive, highlighting the overall satisfaction index which varied between 89% and 100%, which reinforces the commitment with which the The Group works to create solutions every day that respond to the needs of its customers.
